Instructions
Instructions for changing your password via email: It is possible to change your password at any time by simply sending an email message. Please follow these instructions when requesting a password change:
1. Send the message to CHANGE_PASS.
2. Put Change Password in the subject line of your request.
3. Enter your userid as the very first line of the message.
4. Enter your CURRENT password on the second line of the message.
5. Enter your NEW password on the third line of the message.
6. Send the message.
7. You will receive a response within a couple of minutes letting you know if your request was processed successfully.
*Passwords must be at least 6 characters long.
You can only change the password on your account. You cannot change somebody else's password by sending a message from your account.
***You must know your old password and enter it in the appropriate place.
****If any one of the required pieces of information is missing you will receive an error message letting you know that the password change was not successful and explaining why. If you experience any problems, please notify your technology coordinator.
