RULES AND REGULATIONS
for Canfield Local Schools
The network access is provided for use by participating school districts and is solely intended for school district work.
Accounts will be created only after formal approval of the respective district and ACCESS.
Each account is the responsibility of one individual who is appointed owner of the account by the respective district.
In the event that owner of the account is no longer employed by the respective district, the district will notify ACCESS and the account will be removed from the WWW network.
ACCESS reserves the right to control all accounts, access,
privileges, and resources used or granted.
USER AGREEMENT WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR USE OF THE ACCESS NETWORK
All terms and conditions for use of the ACCESS network as stated in this document reflect the entire agreement of the parties and supercedes all prior oral or written agreements and understandings of the parties. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sate of Ohio and United States of America.
I understand and will abide by the above terms and conditions for use of the ACCESS network. I understand that violation of the agreement is unethical and may constitute a criminal offense. I further understand that I am responsible for all of my actions and any violation may result in my privileges being revoked, school disciplinary action, and appropriate legal action.
Signature of user indicates they have read and will follow the computer
systems of the Area Cooperative Computerized Educational Service System. User must
also sign accompany Rules and Regulations.
