NOTICE OF EMAIL/WWW ACCOUNTS

IMPORTANT! HOME DIAL UP:

In order to log on for Email via modem from home you must first make a phone connection to ACCESS.
Once you establish a DIALUP connection to ACCESS from home you must log in with your
WWW USERNAME and PASSWORD--even if you just want to do Email and not browse the
WWW. By using the WWW username/password you create a secure connection for your online
session. If you want to use your email, then you must separately log on using Mulberry to do home
email [or any other email program you have that is supported by ACCESS].



WORLD WIDE WEB ACCOUNTS INFORMATION:
In order to log using a home dialup connection you must type your USERNAME and WWW PASSWORD--they
are case sensitive [all caps], unlike email logons. If you encounter problems getting a web connection
at home, see the attached manual for setting up a home PC or Mac for the Web. ACCESS is now
provides support for home users with problems; the phone number and contact persons are listed
inside the manual.

EMAIL ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
The first time you logon, whether from home or school, make sure to change your email password from the
automated one you get here.
Write down your password because it will remain permanent. You can now change your own password
via Mulberry without requesting tech support to do it for you as in the past. Note: Your email username
s the the same as your WWW username, but your password will be different from your WWW password.
Username and Password are NOT case sensitive for Email, but are for WWW username and passwords.
ACCESS is supporting Mulberry as the Dialup email program; it is available from their Web site for FREE,
http://www.access-k12.org.
